•	Leadable, Followable Dips – lots of variations and how to work with your, and your partner’s weight and balance.
•	Self Protection – how to easily abort an attempted dip by a lead or follow (with group input).
•	Dips for everyone, and dips & tricks with more challenge!
•	Etiquette – Both on the scene and with your partner.

If you feel comfortable, we can also cover some simple flashy moves for the less-crowded social floor; some very leadable, some less so.

💥2 hours of self- and instructor-led training. Experienced and beginner dancers are welcome to attand to share knowledge, help to spot and practice.💥

💃£10 per person, which goes to venue hire and insurance. 
🕺We'll start with warmups and stretching.
  I'll cover spotting and safety for the new people.
💃And share tips on how the flyer and base can best connect.
🕺We'll practice how to lead in and out, based on Lindy Hop styling.
