This special session focuses on strength, resilience, and community, all while raising awareness about the impact of domestic violence. The class will be recorded to help bring awareness to the Rio Grande Valley that there are programs available to teach girls and women how to protect themselves and loved ones.What to Expect:Beginner Friendly class. We have a 60min Self Defense class.What to Bring:Come in exercise clothes.
