Candlelight Christmas Eve Service

Our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service entitled "This Baby" will offer a beautiful and heartfelt retelling of the true story of Christmas. Through Scripture-based storytelling and traditional Christmas hymns and carols, the service will reflect on the miracle of Jesus’ birth and the hope He brings to the world.

The service will guide worshippers through the events surrounding that holy night in Bethlehem: Mary and Joseph’s journey, the humble manger, the angels’ proclamation of peace, and the visit of the wise men drawn by the radiant star. Each narration highlights God’s love revealed in sending His Son, Emmanuel, “God with us,” fulfilling ancient prophecy and bringing salvation to all people. The message centers on Jesus as the ultimate gift of love, hope, forgiveness, and redemption.

As the sanctuary glows with only candlelight, the congregation will be invited to reflect on the profound meaning of Christ’s coming and to celebrate the joy and peace only He can give. The service will conclude with worship, gratitude, and the timeless proclamation that Jesus is the true reason we celebrate Christmas.
