This summer, The Maternity Center at South Texas Health System® is hoping to help alleviate some of that stress for expectant mothers at our third annual Baby Bump & Beyond Expo. Held at South Texas Health System McAllen, the FREE expo will include special presentations aimed at addressing concerns about the labor and delivery process, as well as caring for your baby — and yourself — once they’re born. Topics will include infant health, breastfeeding, care post-delivery, adjusting to parenting, and mental health and postpartum depression.
 
Other features include:

• Cooking demonstrations
• Pregnancy-safe exercise demonstrations
