- **Event Description**: Enjoy the peace of twilight at Goodell Gardens and mindfully watch daytime fade to darkness while we experience the natural sound bath of night fall. Richard Gosnell, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and astronomy lecturer, will lead the group in this form of meditation.  When performed repeatedly, these practices will help you to quiet your mind by encouraging a deeper connection with the twilight environment and a greater sensitivity to the patterns of nature.  Meet at the event barn. If it is not raining, we will proceed to the labyrinth so wear waterproof shoes and dress for the weather. 

Bring something light to sit on.

Members: $12/session
Non-members: $15/session
