Kids will be introduced to a thorough yoga practice where they will learn breathing techniques, meditation, yoga poses, and deep relaxation through games, stories, songs, props, and crafts.
Please bring a water bottle with a yoga mat or blanket.

6-class series: Wednesdays 11:15 - 12 pm June 11, 18 & 25 July 9, 16 & 23
Member: $10 per class / $55 series Non-member: $15 per class / $85 series
Limited availability. 
Guardians admission is included if they want to participate with 3-5 year olds.

Kate is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance. She recently completed her 300-hour training with Jason Crandell in December 2024. Kate completed her 200-hour training with Yoga & Ayurveda Center in 2020 and also holds certifications in Kids Yoga and Hikyoga. She started practicing yoga in 2018, at the suggestion of her mom, to reduce stress and improve flexibility. Kate was motivated by the asanas that did not come easily, trying to touch her toes for the first time, and learning how to breathe through the practice.

Class will take place in the Sunken Garden. Class is rain or shine. Rain day classes to be held under cover.
