Step into a season of wonder as this festive program blends dazzling virtuosity, heartwarming tradition, and joyful surprises. Erika Svanoe’s “Winter Revel” sets a sparkling tone, followed by Kelly Grill’s breathtaking performance of Emmanuel Séjourné’s “First Marimba Concerto” (mvt. 1). Paul Kile will guide us through the imaginative worlds of TJ Cole’s “Fantastical Illustrations,” while Steve Reisteter’s moving “Eighth Candle” honors the light of the season. Randall Standridge’s sweeping “A Winter’s Journey” invites listeners into a winter landscape full of beauty and mystery.

Holiday favorites reimagined— “The Holly and the Ivy” (arr. Tom Wallace), “Breath of Heaven (Mary’s Song)” (arr. Jay Dawson), and William Owens’ “With Goodwill and Glad Tidings”—bring cherished melodies to life with fresh arrangements. Antonia Nicholson’s enchanting “A Christmas Wedding” and Gary Gilroy’s exotic, percussion-driven “Christmas in the Valley of the Kings” add unique seasonal flair, while Jarod Hall’s “Walkin’ Down Christmas Lane” infuses a playful swing into the celebration. The afternoon concludes with Larry MacTaggert’s “A Holiday Celebration.”

Of course, we’ll also be featuring our annual Silent Auction to help keep our organization growing and thriving!
