This month's circle is about grounding those intentions, strengthening our connection to ourselves and each other, and letting the rhythm move thought the body in a steady nourishing way. 

Come drum, breathe, laugh and let the rhythm take root.  No experience necessary, and drums and percussion instruments are provided.  You are welcome to bring your own instruments as well.
