An Introduction to Men’s Work
In the midst of busy lives, changing roles, and constant expectations, many men feel disconnected—from their bodies, their emotions, and their sense of purpose. Coming Home to Yourself is an introductory workshop designed to help men reconnect with what’s steady, authentic, and true within them.
In this session, we’ll move beyond talking about growth and into direct experience. Through guided exercises, simple embodied practices, and facilitated group work, you’ll explore what it means to be present, grounded, and accountable in your own life.
I’ll introduce the roots of modern men’s work, including initiation practices and the principles behind organizations like The ManKind Project (MKP), and explain why men gathering intentionally has been a powerful tool for clarity, healing, and personal responsibility across cultures.
This workshop offers a supportive, confidential space to:
Develop greater self-awareness and emotional literacy
Experience healthy, facilitated group work with other men
Learn how initiation and men’s circles support growth and integrity
Practice showing up with honesty, respect, and presence
No prior experience with men’s work is required. This is not therapy, performance, or self-improvement pressure—it’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and reconnect.
Whether you’re curious about men’s circles, seeking deeper connection, or simply ready to feel more at home in yourself, this workshop offers a grounded and accessible starting point.
