lululemon Annapolis invites you to a unique and empowering women’s health experience—open to women of all ages.

Start the evening with a 40-minute, all-levels yoga session led by Legacy lululemon Ambassador Kate Grove. While remaining on your mat, gain valuable insight from two outstanding physical therapists: Kristen Cooper of Align PT & Wellness and Jamie Bliss, a pelvic floor specialist, as they share practical knowledge relevant to women at every stage of life. The evening will conclude with a talk on hormonal health by an integrative medicine doctor, offering guidance on managing changes across a woman’s lifespan.
