Have you been meaning to spend time at the pool or river this summer, but the days have flown by?! Me too! Let's gather together on the full moon for a swim and then full moon meditation. Swimming is totally optional, there is plenty of shallow water perfect for wading, or you can sit on the shore and soak up the beautiful sights! Audrey will then lead a meditation and we'll wrap up the event with a pretty sunset.Important Information!!!: Reservations are required to enter Mayo Beach!! She feels renewed by wandering in the woods, reading in a hammock, gardening, and dancing. She has created this group modeled after an AMAZING group she was a part of in Austin, TX called Women Empowering Women in Nature. She emulates that group's mission to bring women together and co-create a supportive, creative, and uplifting space while leaning into the healing powers of the outdoors.Important Information:You must sign the liability waiver when you arrive to be able to particpate in this group's events.
