- **Event Description**: Join the Happy Wanderers for a "fun walk" on the recently completed trail extension for the East-Central Rail trail, in Edgewater, FL. We'll walk "out & back" so this can be a fitness walk for you if you wish to walk faster than the larger group.

Walk starts! at 6:00p.m., you must sign in to walk - please allot  time to park & sign-in.

FROM I-95, take Exit 244 for FL-442 turn left (East) after exiting. Drive 2.1 miles to turn left on Air Park Rd. Then 1.5 miles and turn right onto W Park Ave. Go .5 miles and Rotary Park is on the right.

FROM RTE 1 South - drive through New Smyrna Beach into Edgewater and turn right at Park Ave. Go .9 miles, crossing railroad, until reaching Rotary Park, on your left.

This is a non-competitive walk with the group or at your own the pace - for fun & fitness! The group will complete around 3 miles in roughly an hour.
 
Tailgate Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. Look for yellow Walk Start sign at entrance to park.  In the parking lot, a group gathering open tailgate and the large green club banner with Happy Wanderers logo! The walk is open to the public and newcomer's are Welcome!!
