For decades, Melissa Westbrook has been a steady voice of hope in Chester County, serving in the E-911 Division and most recently managing the Real Time Information & Intelligence Center. She has guided first responders through crisis, helping countless families in their most difficult moments.
Now, Melissa is facing her own unimaginable challenge. A sudden illness has left her without both legs, one arm, and one hand. Yet through it all, she continues to meet each day with courage, faith, and quiet strength—the same qualities that made her a pillar of this community.
This time, it’s our turn to answer her call.
