We’ll close our time together immersed in a beautiful, healing Sound Bath. Throughout the afternoon you’ll be supported by reiki energy healing, the potent energies of the New Moon, and the powerful shift of the Sun moving into Aries, a time of fresh beginnings and manifestation. This is a powerful portal to plant seeds of intention into your heart centre and align with what you’re ready to call in. Yin Yoga prepares the body for Yoga Nidra by gently opening and softening. Passive postures and subtle stretches are held with little to no muscular effort, allowing us to target the connective tissues and invite deep release. When the body relaxes, the mind follows. Yoga Nidra guides you into the hypnagogic state, that beautiful space between wakefulness and sleep. In this deeply relaxed state, you’re invited to plant seeds of intention. Through breath awareness, relaxation techniques, imagery, creative visualisation, and sacred sound, you’ll explore your potential, your hopes, and your dreams for positive transformation. To close, you’ll settle comfortably on your mat for a nourishing Sound Bath. Let the layered tones of multiple instruments and voice wash over you, creating a vibrational healing experience that resonates through every cell of your body.
