HEY DJ is not just a show — it’s a full-blown hip-hop party that blasts through the genre’s biggest jams, from the Bronx block party that kicked it all off in ’73 to the global movement it is today.

Front and centre is the legendary YO! MAFIA, bringing 25 years of DJ herstory to the stage, backed by a powerhouse crew of dancers, poplockers, breakers and mic-slaying royalty like Eliza Wolfgramm (The Avalanches) and MC Kirk (Heaven, Big 90s Show, Planet).

HEY DJ is a hip-hop party jam, taking you on a body movin’ journey through the streets of the Bronx to today’s global phenomenon. Part history lesson, part dancefloor riot, HEY DJ is a high-energy tribute to the beats, the moves, and the movement that gave a voice to the voiceless and shook the world.
