When you're the one that's always 'holding space' for everyone, it can be hard (impossible?) to ask for/accept space being held for us (cue the 'Oh, I'm fine...thanks though.) 
As a social worker/therapist, working in different areas of the mental health field over the last 15+ years, I've created the thing I was desperately trying to find.
For years, I wanted a safe place where I could unmask, remove the roles and expectations that I carry every day, not be put into a 'therapeutic modality' box, and just sit with my own humanity for a little while. I needed to have permission to explore my own relationship to the experiences of self-regulation, survival, imposter syndrome, and masking - but without the pressure of performing, being perceived, or needing to 'fix' anything. When I couldn't find what I needed, I decided to build it myself.
