- **Event Description**: A nourishing and restorative group experience that combines TRE®, creativity, and connection.

Our session begins with intention setting, creating a supportive space to connect with yourself and your body's wisdom. We will then move into a gentle movement meditation, easing into the release of gentle shaking, followed by a guided visualisation to deepen relaxation and integration.

After the TRE® practice, there will be time for reflection, connection, and creative expression as we make three beautiful bath tea bags to take home. All ingredients and materials are provided.

No prior TRE® experience is required to attend this group session. However, if you are currently experiencing significant trauma symptoms, severe anxiety, PTSD, or emotional overwhelm, it is recommended that you first attend an individual TRE® session with Louise before joining a group.
