Join transformational coach Ofri for a hands-on workshop on making your own sauerkraut and kombucha — powerful fermented foods that help balance your gut microbiome and support your mental and physical health.

• A jar of fermenting sauerkraut
• A kombucha Scoby and liquid starter to brew at home
• Information and guidance on supporting your gut with real food
Please bring:
• One white cabbage (no purple cabbage)
• Chopping board
• Big knife
• Two clean glass jars
- one small one for scoby pellicle and
- one very large 2lt-3lt for your sauerkraut
• A cup to taste kombucha
