Enjoy a fun day outdoors celebrating how prescribed fire is good for Georgia’s forests and meet some of the organizations using it to support healthy wildlife habitat and reduce the risk of wildfires. It’s a FREE festival for the whole family with fire equipment, food trucks, face painting, and games! How to get there: From I-95: Exit at Exit 102 in Pooler. Go West on Hwy 80 to Faulkville. Turn right on Highway 17 going North. Go 3 miles and look for our sign on the left! From I-16: Exit at Exit 152. Go North on Highway 17 until it intersects Highway 80. Turn left on Highway 80. In Faulkville, turn right on Highway 17 going North. Go 3 miles and look for our sign on the left! Please think about carpooling with friends and family when you come to make the most use of our parking space. While we love your pets, we ask that you please leave them at home during the festival to respect the Center's no-pet policy.
