3-session class that uncovers ways to recover, enjoy, and nourish your body and newborn after birth. Each class is rooted in a holistic framework that blends both traditional and evidence-based ways to care for yourself during the 4th trimester. 

This class is intended for anyone, regardless of their birth location or delivery type. 

Led by midwife Samantha Collins.

The goal is to prepare you beyond what your prenatal visits and childbirth education can offer while building community with other parents. 

Whether this is your 1st or 5th baby, this series has something to offer everyone. 

Topics: 
1st Class - birth through 6 weeks postpartum. 
Review ways to prep during pregnancy to help make the first 6 weeks easier. This includes reviewing signs of what is and is not normal, ways to care for your perineum or incision site, how to implement core/pelvis engagement and recovery, and ways to support common discomforts and conditions. 

2nd Class - newborn care from birth through 6 weeks. This includes information and tips regarding breast/cheastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, regulating milk supply, newborn sleep patterns, how to treat common concerns, and more. 

3rd Class- 6 weeks and beyond.
Learn how to nourish yourself after your last appointment with your provider. This includes reviewing hot topics such as hair loss, core and pelvic strength, fertility, libido, returning to work, milk supply changes, mental and emotional well-being, finding a parenting community, and more.
