While being incorporated with the 0-gravitational benefits of floating, which help the mind balance easier & quicker to a parasympathetic state. (The healing space or the brain). So setting intention of the highest for all is important?? For this journey you will need.. *A float of some type, consider “on top of the water” style floats if you prefer. Side-note: There is also PLENTY of poolside seating, so any who do not want to float are still invited with LOVE! *Water/Hydration *Towel/Clothes/Layers for afterwards *A glowing piece of some kind, either an electric candle, colorful glowing pool light, glow sticks, etc. (Not required) *Any lightweight sacred item you would like to receive the energy of the experience.
