A Sound Bath is a therapeutic experience that uses vibrational healing to calm the mind and nurture the soul. Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion for warmth and comfort (some mats may be provided).
Most people lie down during the session. No prior experience, effort, or practice is needed.
