Your ikigai could be helping others, playing music, creating art, learning about science, or even just making people laugh.One place where people have mastered the art of ikigai is Okinawa. Okinawa, a beautiful island in Japan, is known for something really special—its people live longer, healthier, and happier lives than almost anywhere else in the world! Okinawa is part of a group of places called "Blue Zones," where people often live to be over 100 years old. One of the secrets to their long lives is something called ikigai, which means having a reason to wake up every day with purpose and excitement. In Okinawa, people believe that when you find your ikigai you stay healthier and live longer because you feel happier and more connected to your life. It’s not just about eating well or exercising; it’s about living with joy and meaning!This 6-hour workshop is designed to help participants explore and optimize their purpose, passion, potential, and performance using the Japanese concepts of Ikigai (life purpose), Kaizen (continuous improvement), and Hansei (self-reflection).
