I’m Melody, a holistic somatic practitioner with many years of experience supporting people through breathwork, meditation, movement therapy, and sound healing. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of holding space for many individuals and communities, and that journey has recently brought me from Melbourne to Yarrawonga.

The welcome I’ve received from the Yarrawonga community has been incredibly special, and it’s inspired me to bring this beautiful experience to Echuca as well.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, holding tension in your body, or simply needing a moment to breathe again, you’re not alone.

The Gentle Reset is an evening that brings together sound healing, somatic breathwork, meditation, and movement therapy, working in harmony to help release stored stress, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance. The vibration of sound, the rhythm of the breath, and gentle movement support the body in ways that feel both grounding and deeply nurturing.

This work is very close to my heart. My intention is always to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and gently guided back to yourself. �
