Needle Felting Garland

Join us this year for Dickens of a Christmas in Ebensburg! In this workshop we'll create these adorable needle felted garland. Jenny with Nap Time Art will provide step by step instructions on how to create your garland. All supplies and materials are included with the cost. This workshop is great for beginners! Please invite your friends and family for a fun and creative good time. Registration and payment are required in advance.
