🧾 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
All drivers must hold a current and valid driver’s licence (minimum Provisional class) to participate.
Unlicensed drivers and Learner’s Permits are not accepted.
All entrants must hold a valid AASA Day Licence or AASA General Speed Annual Licence.
These can be purchased during entry checkout or via www.aasa.com.au.
⚠️ NO LEARNER PERMITS OR UNLICENSED DRIVERS WILL BE PERMITTED.

General Entry
Includes entry for one driver and one vehicle.

General Entry gives drivers access to Groups 1, 2, or 3 (depending on total entry numbers).
Your group number will be displayed on your entrant windscreen banner and determines your allocated Thrash Session Group for track time.
All entries also include access to the Drift Playground, Roll Racing, Powerskids, and the Burnout Pad — all as part of your entry package.
Check the Event Program for session schedules so you know exactly when your group is on track — and don’t miss your turn to send it!

👥 PASSENGERS
🎟️ $10 each (Ages 5 and up)
All passengers must sign on at the Hi-Octane Merchandise Tent and provide ID.
- Under 18s must have a parent present to sign on their behalf.
- Ages 5+ may join Family Cruise Sessions.
- Ages 14+ may join Thrash Sessions, Roll Racing, Drifting, and Burnouts.
🚗 VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
All vehicles will be scrutineered before being permitted on track. Please ensure the following:
- Vehicle must be clean and tidy in general appearance. (Poorly presented vehicles may be refused entry.)
- No leaks or loose objects.
- No significant body damage. All panels must be fitted, including ute trays and bumpers.
- Tow points must be accessible.
- No sharp edges or protrusions.
- Headlights, brake lights, and indicators must work.
- Seatbelts must be secure for every seat occupied by a passenger. 4-point harnesses recommended for high-power or caged vehicles.
- No cracks in the windscreen (small stone chips are acceptable).
- Front tyres must have adequate tread. Rear tyres must be safe for cruising and comp events.
- Battery must be secure.
- No fuel or coolant lines inside the passenger area. Vehicles must have a firewall separating cabin and fuel system.
- Bonnet must remain fitted at all times except when travelling to/from the burnout pad.
- Blower restraints MUST be fitted to all vehicles with a blower protruding out of the bonnet
❌ No alloy rims on the rear of any vehicle competing in burnouts (steel rims only).
🧑✈️ DRIVER & PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS
To participate in any session, all drivers and passengers must have:
✅ Helmet – Meets required Standards ASNZ1698 or Higher or ECE 22.05 or Higher
✅ Long-sleeve shirt – Cotton or Non-flammable. No polyester fishing shirts permitted
✅ Long pants – Cotton or Non-flammable.
✅ Closed-in shoes – Must be fully enclosed. No sandals, Crocs, thongs, or otherwise are permitted
DRIVERS
Bring the following to sign-in:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Entry email with QR code and invoice
- Required Safety Gear
All drivers must:
- Complete sign-in and scrutineering
- Attend the Driver Briefing before going on track
PASSENGERS
Must be 14+ for all sessions (except Family Cruise: ages 5+ allowed).
Under-18s must have parent-signed indemnity forms and ID.
Guardians or friends cannot sign on behalf.
If your parent can’t attend, contact us before the event to have a form emailed out.
Bring the signed form, a photocopy of your parents’ photo ID and Medicare card (showing you as a dependant).
