? VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
All cars will be scrutineered. Check these before arriving:

Clean, tidy, presentable appearance

No leaks or loose objects

No major damage; all panels fitted

Accessible tow points (tow straps recommended)

No sharp edges

Working lights, indicators, and brakes

Secure seatbelts (harnesses recommended for high-power/cage cars)

Windscreen free of cracks (small chips ok)

Good front tyre tread; safe rears for cruise/competition

Secure battery

No fuel/coolant lines inside cabin; firewall required between cabin & fuel system

Bonnet must remain fitted (except on burnout pad)

No alloy rims on rear wheels for burnouts (ok in other sessions)

Mandatory safety gear (Drivers & Passengers): Helmet, Long sleeve shirt, Long pants, Closed-in shoes

Drivers MUST ALSO bring:

Valid driver’s licence

Entry email (QR code + invoice)

PASSENGER RULES:

Minimum age 14+ (except Family Cruise: 5+)

Under 18: Parent must sign indemnity + show ID & Medicare card (dependent proof). Guardians/mates cannot sign. Contact us if parent cannot attend.

Passengers must wear the same safety gear as drivers

Passenger fee: $20 (valid all weekend). Sign-on at Hi-Octane Merchandise Tent.

Double Garages – Pit Lane (20 available)

Double Garages – Under Corporate Centre (8 available)

Triple Garages – Paddock (22 available, open-plan)

Drivers must have a current, valid licence (minimum Provisional). Learners/unlicensed drivers not permitted.

You will need either:

AASA Day Licence – $50/day, or

AASA Annual General Speed Licence

Must be purchased before the event and shown to QR staff on event day.
