All panels must be fitted, including ute trays and bumpers. - Tow points must be accessible. - No sharp edges or protrusions. - Headlights, brake lights, and indicators must work. - Seatbelts must be secure for every seat occupied by a passenger. 4-point harnesses recommended for high-power or caged vehicles. - No cracks in the windscreen (small stone chips are acceptable). - Front tyres must have adequate tread. Rear tyres must be safe for cruising and comp events. - Battery must be secure. - No fuel or coolant lines inside the passenger area.
