When was the last time you had time just for you?Roots & Respite is a fully funded wellbeing project created especially for unpaid carers in Blaenau Gwent, offering space to step away from daily caring responsibilities, reconnect with nature and feel supported in a relaxed and welcoming environment.Caring for someone else can be meaningful, but it can also be tiring, isolating and emotionally demanding. These guided wellbeing walks and activities are designed to give you time to breathe, move gently, talk if you want to and simply be, without pressure or expectation.You don’t need to be “fit enough”. You don’t need to explain yourself.
