🎶A sound journey is a type of meditation and relaxation experience that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and well-being. Participants lie or sit down and are immersed in sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and drums, which can create deep relaxation, reduce stress, and help release emotional blockages. The experience often includes guided meditation and can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts.

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water.
