Doors Open: 5:30pm - feel free to purchase a non-alcoholic beverage and/or snacks from the grocery store to bring up to class.

About Your Instructor:
Tammie Delveaux Rubenzer is the founder of Belly Love Holistic Wellness, a functional nutrition practice serving the Chippewa Valley. She is a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN), Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Nutrition Response Testing practitioner.

Tammie is also a holistic chef and community educator passionate about helping people reconnect with food as medicine. Through cooking classes, wellness workshops, and individualized nutrition coaching, she teaches practical, approachable strategies for supporting gut health, metabolic balance, and whole-person wellness.
Her classes blend science-based nutrition education with joyful, inclusive cooking, helping people feel empowered in their kitchens and confident in their wellness journey.
