And because some of the best moments in life happen when people come together outdoors! This is NOT a race. There are no entry fees. No cutoff times. No pressure. This is an open invitation. We'll have mobile aid stations meeting us at most trailheads, some small water stops, places to regroup, stories to share, and plenty of opportunities to jump in or out throughout the Saturday and Sunday. There will be running. There will be hiking. There will be barely moving at all... but moving forward!! There will be laughter. There will be struggle. There will probably be some tears. That's what makes ultra running so special! And somewhere along the way, strangers will become friends. This is about movement. This is about nature. This is about community.
