🌿💫 Sunday Sound & Stillness: Your Sound Bath Sanctuary

This Sunday, you are invited into a space of stillness. A sanctuary for your nervous system. A place to soften, to breathe, to be.

We’ll journey together through a deeply nourishing sound bath, guided by the crystalline tones of alchemy crystal singing bowls—each vibration working gently to realign your energetic system with balance and harmony. Soothing wave drum rhythms, subtle chimes, and grounding frequencies will hold you in a gentle cocoon of sound, designed to melt tension and invite restoration.

This is not performance.
It is presence.
It is healing.
It is your reminder that you are allowed to slow down. That your body is worthy of care. That rest is medicine.

Cost is $20.
Meditation cushions, yoga mats and blankets provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
