BIO:
Peter Phippen, a Projekt Records Recording Artist, is a 53rd Grammy nominee, an International Acoustic Music Awards nominee, and a 2021 Native American-Style Flute Awards Lifetime Achievement Awards winner. Peter is widely respected for his ability to master a variety of antique and contemporary traditional flutes. His work often explores the intersection of spirituality, nature, and human emotion creating an introspective and deeply meditative sound.
Phippen's flute playing appears on Canyon Records, Sounds True, Heart Dance Records, Lifescapes, and Promotion Music Records among others.
He has shared the stage with Coyote Oldman, R. Carlos Nakai, Xavier Quijas Yxayotl, Gary Stroutsos, and Arja Kastinen, among others.
