On March 19th at 7pm, I'm opening the doors to an intimate Shakti Yoga Circle at The Infinity, 218 Water Street, Eau Claire — and only 6 women will be inside.

This is 90 minutes of organic, womb-based movement designed to bring you back into a body you may have been quietly running from.

No choreography. No performance. No getting it right.

Just you, your breath, your hips, your animal body — remembering what she already knows.

Shakti is your Deep Feminine life force. She lives in the way your body wants to sway when no one's watching. In the shake that moves grief out of your bones. In the stillness that follows when something finally lets go.

I know what it's like to oscillate between numb and overwhelmed. To be too much and never enough in the same breath. To be a high-achieving, high-performing woman who secretly had no idea how to just... be human.

Shakti Yoga walked me home to myself. It's my deepest honor to walk you home too.
