The goal of Restorative Yoga is to create a relaxation response in the nervous system. This class is designed to create a pleasurable, peaceful and rejuvenated state of mind, body and spirit.


You'll be guided into four to five restorative yoga poses while resting on the back or side. Poses are fully supported by props and are practiced passively for 10 to 15 minutes each. This class is accessible to all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Comfortable layered clothes (yes, even pajamas!) and socks are encouraged!

In-Person AND Online Live Stream attendance options!
Included within Latitude 44 Memberships; $20 drop-in rate.

? Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to set up their practice space and settle in. In-studio attendees will be provided with all props needed.
? Online attendees should gather 2 bolsters or pillows, 2 blankets, and 2 blocks, as well as their mat and comfortable clothing to be able to immerse into the full experience.
