Tuesday, August 19 – Tech Tuesday – Painting a Hummingbird in Flight

Create an 8” x 10” colorful watercolor painting of a Hummingbird with Micron permanent markers and watercolor paints. Using the Grisaille method of painting over a tinted sketch, it’s easy to add shading and color to create a fun nature themed image. Add simple wet on wet washes with white highlights. No previous watercolor skills required. This is a beginning level class. All supplies provided. Instruction by In-House artist Patricia A. Hawkenson. Limit 8 participants.
