- **Event Description**: Connecting Hmong for Advocacy, Networking, Growth and Equity (CHANGE) warmly invites you to join us for our first free 2026 workshop, “Let’s Talk About Mental Health Medications,” featuring Hmong mental health provider Coua Moua, APNP, DNP, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C. 

Come learn, ask questions, and be part of an open, supportive conversation about mental health. It’s time to break the silence, reduce stigma, and have an honest conversation about treatment options that can relieve [debilitating] mental health symptoms. Join us as we share clear, evidence-based, up-to-date information on how they can support your mental health.

This workshop will be bilingual in Hmong and English and geared towards our Hmong community however open to all. 

A light meal / snacks and refreshments will be available.
