Flying Pole Workshop

Take flight on an aerial pole with a twirl and an arc! While reviewing the basics of pole dance technique, this workshop shows the variations of classic shapes, the dos and don’ts for safety, and expressing performance enhancing techniques for aerial pole dance. This workshop uses a 45mm powder coated pole and all pole skill levels are welcome to join. Grip aid will be provided, gloves or shoes are also welcome.
