💚Defying Gravity: A Crow Pose Workshop

💚Join Sam for a Wicked-inspired yoga workshop that will tap into your strength and help you soar into crow pose.

This 75-minute class will guide you through a warm-up, core activation section, and a focused flow that will help prepare the body for various crow pose options.

You can expect a low pressure environment where nobody is expected to take flight. In fact, we want you to experience what it's like to find the courage to step out of your comfort zone and fall a few times. We'll also take things slow and incorporate plenty of playful elements — like the "Wicked" and "Wicked: For Good" soundtracks.

*Hands-on assistance for alignment and crow pose will be available and optional.
