You’ll then experience a rejuvenating 5-minute session in our HaloTherapy Chamber, and close with a guided collage craft journal session to reflect on the past year and set meaningful intentions for what’s to come.

What is Halotherapy?
 Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves breathing in air infused with tiny salt particles to support respiratory health. It’s commonly used as a natural therapy for asthma, allergies, congestion, and skin conditions like eczema or acne. It also promotes deep relaxation and mental clarity.
