Note that in the summer months, the group meets outside. This group will meet on the second Tuesday of every other month (even months - February, April....) and will be facilitated by Karla. Please register for further details.This group is offered through the Wisconsin Family Connections Center, a program funded by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.This event is limited to Wisconsin residents impacted by adoption or out-of-home care.

The WiFCC provides support and services to parents and caregivers across the continuum of kinship care, foster care, and post-post permanency, including reunification, guardianship, and adoption. The WiFCC also serves as an excellent resource for professionals serving these families and caregivers.  \nAnother major partner of our Journeys Program is the Jockey Being Family Foundation. Jockey Being Family supports and strengthens foster and adoptive families by enabling them to provide critical post-adoption services on both local and national levels."
