In Alli's classes, the hammock’s two-point ceiling attachment gives a uniquely stable feel compared to single-point rigs, making it more accessible for beginners and offering a different experience for seasoned flyers.

Can't make this class?  Alli teaches on Fridays at 12:30pm and Sundays at 8:30am at Moonrise. 

What to wear?
Wear long pants without zippers or hardware that cover the back of the knee and tops that cover the stomach area and armpits. Fabric that is fitted and stretchy to allow for movement works well.

How do I find the studio?
We're located inside historic Building 13 at Banbury Place.
Use the 930 Galloway Street entrance - look for the green awning and go to the top floor to find Suite 210.
