We are so excited to invite you to our second annual Sun & Soul Retreat - a one-day, collaborative women’s gathering created by Sukha Inspired Yoga and Sacred Moon Farm.
This intimate experience is limited to just 20 participants and is devoted to slowing down, opening up, and reconnecting with what feels playful, creative, and alive within you.
Your day begins with a welcoming breakfast at Sacred Moon Farm, followed by a thoughtfully curated flow of movement, creativity, and reflection. Together, we’ll explore the idea that who we are becoming often reveals itself not through effort, but through moments of openness, attention, and joy. This is a day for inner whimsy, soulful connection, and gentle expansion — held in the beauty of the farm.

What the day includes:

? Fresh flower crown creation using seasonal blooms
?‍♀️ Guided yoga practice and meditation
? A reflective letter-to-your-future-self ritual (materials provided)
? Nourishing lunch shared in community

This is a full day of facilitated connection, creativity, and play and a chance to unplug, laugh, reflect, and spend time in the sun together.

✨ Heidi Easley - co-organizer of Sun & Soul, author, astrologer, and co-owner of Sacred Moon Farm, offering grounded cosmic insight and thoughtful guidance.
✨ Amber Broyles - co-organizer, 500-RYT yoga teacher and Level II sound practitioner, founder of Sukha Inspired Yoga, creating comfy spaces for empowerment and exploration.
