During the Farm Bureau Meeting/Ice Cream Social in Toney Building
To be eligible, youth must meet the following guidelines:
- Parents or 4-H member must be a registered & paid member of Preble County Farm Bureau
- 4-H member must complete 1 small or large livestock project during the county fair
- 4-H members are responsible for registering for the incentive by attending the above hand out time. 
Families may join before fair by calling our office at 937-456-5400
or signing up at the hand out & youth will qualify
for the incentive for this year.
