Community Vocal Workshop

Hi Orcas Community! I am so happy to announce 3 playful winter vocal workshops at the Hut on Mountain Lake. Absolutely no experience needed. I have sang in circle with sisters several times over the last years but the last time I remember singing with any sort of consistency was in choir in middle school. What about you?

I went to Leah Songs workshop in the Autumn for some much needed expansion into my voice. The experience nourished so many aspects of my life that I felt inclined to continue watering the value it brought to me by opening it up for all of us to show up to!! I do not have experience in vocals and so while I am facilitating this I highly encourage you to bring an activity. I will do my best to riff off of the flow offered at the workshop I attended and have a few song circle ideas.

My partner, Mio and I will have a fire going with warm herbed bone broth, a gf baked good of sorts & paper cups/napkins. Feel free to bring a little dish or appetizer, you will not be turned away for not bringing something. Your company and voice are reciprocity enough!

Once the fire and vocal play has ended we will walk around mountain lake for integration and further connection! I would love for you to join. Bundle up and wear shoes you are willing to get muddy.
