They have been shown to lower heart rate and blood pressure, shift the brain out of fight or flight into rest and digest mode, and eases physical/emotional tension. 

At Sanctuary we have a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We encourage you to wear loose fitted comfortable clothing and to bring plenty of pillows and blankets to create a nurturing nest to relax into. You may also bring a note pad and pen to journal your experience afterwards. And plenty of water.
