Return to the Light: Winter Solstice Sound Meditation

Mark the turning point of the year and honor the depth of winter’s quiet with a meditative sound journey on the Winter Solstice, Sunday, December 21, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at Easton Yoga. Guided by Meg Green, this gathering weaves the warming resonance of gongs, singing bowls, flutes, and chimes into a tranquil soundscape—inviting reflection, release, and the gentle renewal that the season brings. All are welcome, from experienced practitioners to first-time explorers, to rest in stillness and set intentions for the return of the light.
Space is limited—reserve your place now to emerge from the longest night restored, balanced, and deeply nourished in community.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session, the doors are locked at the beginning of the session to ensure a peaceful environment for all participants.
