- **Event Description**: This two hour session will elicit deep relaxation through mindful asana, restorative yoga, reiki* and pranayama. The combination of these practices lead to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can open to healing.

We will begin with a short Asana sequence accessible to all levels. Maryellen will set you up with supporting props in a sequence of Restorative Yoga poses coupled with guided Pranayama. While resting in the supported postures, Jo will make her way around the room and offer Reiki to all the participants. 

LIMITED to 8 students 

* Reiki is a Japanese form of hands-on energy therapy that seeks to bring the body and subtle bodies back into balance. Reiki supports the body’s own healing process and restores health and wellness.
