As the owner of Easton Integrative Medicine, Dr. Virdee blends evidence-based medicine with natural therapies to help families feel empowered—not anxious—about their kids' health.

Dr. Virdee will be providing Kitchari, an Ayurvedic healing food that many families make as an expression of deep care for loved ones who are sick. It's packed with antioxidants, easy-to-digest fiber, and protein. Come enjoy a warm bowl while learning about ways to support your family's immunity.

What she will cover:
